Alexandra’s passion for real estate was ignited as a young child as her father was a real estate investor who owns, manages, and flips properties nationwide. As a toddler she was at open houses weekly and closely observing her dad negotiate his next project. Alexandra obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from San Diego State University.Right out of college, she began working as an assistant to a Real Estate Broker in Capitola, California. She worked as an assistant for a few years to learn the ins and outs of the industry before she obtained her license and become an agent herself. Within three days of hanging her license with Keller Williams Silicon Valley, she was in contract on her first sale.In every real estate transactions, Alexandra epitomizes integrity, passion, hard-work, and energy. Not only does she know the immense amount of work that goes into each transaction, but she enjoys it. Her passion for everything real estate led her to helping new agents join Keller Williams. She is part of the Growth Committee for Keller Williams Silicon Valley where she actively recruits and mentors new agents.In her spare time, you can find Alexandra at the gym, working on a DIY project for her home, or spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She and her husband both love to travel and have explored many different countries together. Alexandra also volunteers annually for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk and several environment-based non-profits.

I owe a lot to my family for making me who I am today. My grandmother, Bertha Flemming, started a real estate company back in the 1950s, hoping to provide opportunities for her community to own property. All of her grandkids spent some time working with her, and I was no exception. I started back in high school before earning my degree from the University of San Francisco. I earned my real estate broker’s license straight out of college and returned to work with my grandmother. My parents, John and Ina, had instilled in me a strong sense of service but I found the real world was very different. Mom was a life-long volunteer; my father was a criminal defense lawyer and later became a judge. They both believed helping others empowers you with a strong sense of purpose. The truth of the matter is that I didn’t find a way to exercise that sense of service in real estate. Not right away, at least. So I left the business to pursue a different path: education. My years as a teacher were some of the most satisfying of my life. I got to be on the front lines, so to speak, guiding the youth of the Bay Area and helping to shape the future. To this day, I remain a part of several educational non-profits. I am proud to say that one of those non profits, SFCESS has honored me and my service to education at their 5th Annual Silent Auction in 2018, something of which I am extremely proud. Of course, San Francisco might be the most expensive place to live in the universe, so housing is at the forefront of all our minds. For that reason, I’ve done a lot of work with affordable housing. I was one of the first people to explore tenancy in common, and I’ve explored affordable construction options, as well. But no matter what the price, I’m committed to helping others find a place to call home. I would love nothing more than to lend my knowledge and experience in helping you with any real estate need. I understand the San Francisco/Bay Area market, single family homes, multi-unit buildings, condominiums, tenancy in common, loan options, property values and what’s happening in our neighborhoods. With every new client, I like to establish the clients’ real values. In this extremely competitive real estate market, buyers and sellers have to make a million decisions at a moments notice. When your values are clear, your decisions are easier, and we can accomplish whatever it is you choose to achieve in real estate.

Robert is the Chief Executive Director of US Realty Training. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1995. Before his career in Real Estate, Robert was teaching since his early twenties. He dedicated his time as a full-time agent in 2001 with his wife, Carolee. Together, they helped hundreds of families down the path of homeownership. In 2012, Robert's desire to teach pulled him away from Real Estate and led him to train.
His passion for teaching and his love of Real Estate were the keys to creating the USRT training program. He used his and his wife's extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry to form a top-notch learning program that would aid his students to success.


Robert is also highly involved in the hiring of each trainer for USRT. He looks at several aspects of each trainer to ensure they will be a good fit for the USRT family. He believes that each individual can have a story that may connect with a student. Robert is constantly reviewing all US Realty Training material to ensure the student's best possible experience. Rob Rico is another Los Angeles Native that studied artist management extensively at the College of Contemporary Music in Los Angeles, CA and after graduating had the opportunity to work as an administrative assistant for Tuff Gong Worldwide, Ziggy Marley’s artist management label. Rob also had the pleasure to teach and perform for students at college campuses across the country for two years before landing at US Realty Training. He uses his wide experience with people and administration work to provide the best customer service he can for prospective students.

Sarah was born in California and raised in Northern Idaho but relocated back to Los Angeles in 2019. She has been in customer service for over a decade and is very passionate about helping people. She signed to Keller Williams in Beverly Hills as a realtor in the summer of 2022 and has now found her way to help other students wanting to pursue a career in real estate. Outside of real estate, she is very passionate about health and fitness, so you’ll normally find her in the gym most days of the week. When she's not there, you’ll catch her snuggled up with her french bulldog, Indigo.
