Please review the following information pertaining to our Exam Prep Packagesprior to purchase.
The Exam Prep Packages we offer do not qualify you for the real estate salesperson or broker licensing exam. You must complete your state’s pre-licensing education requirements before studying for your state’s licensing exam.
The material in our Exam Prep Packages is comprehensive. It covers national terms & concepts along with state-specific content for the following states:
Alabama
Arizona

Maryland
Massachusetts

Minnesota
Mississippi
Missouri

New Jersey
New York
North Carolina

Washington
If you live in a state outside of the list above, you will receive national material only. To review state-specific material, you can check out your state’s exam content here.
The national material that is covered in all of our Exam Prep Packages reviews the (10) ten major categories tested on each state’s licensing exam. If you review your state’s exam content here, you will notice that some states include more than 10 national or “general” categories. Rest assured, the information in these extra categories will be covered within our exam prep material!
Whether it’s 2 weeks, 2 months or 1 year of access, the timer begins upon the purchase of the program. This means the timer will start immediately after you’ve enrolled either online or over the phone with one of our Student Advisors.
For California, Only:
Unlike the Exam Prep Packages, the timer for the online crash course content begins upon activation. This means the timer won’t start immediately after enrollment, but when the student is ready to begin studying. The student will click on the “Start Course” button within their online portal to activate the crash course and timer.
Upgrades are not available at this time, but you can extend your current program by purchasing an extension either over the phone with one of our Student Advisors or directly through your student portal. By extending access to our exam prep, you’ll receive the same amount of time as originally purchased and can pick up right where you left off.
For example, if you purchased the Standard Package with two weeks of access, you can extend this program for another two weeks of access for $25. If you purchased the Essential Package with two months of access, you can extend this program for another two months of access for $25. If you purchased the Ultimate Package with one year of access, you can extend this program for another year of access for $99. There is no limit to the amount of extensions you can purchase.
For California, Only: If you need more time with the crash course content, you may purchase a one-month extension.
Refund requests can be made up to (1) business day from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for a refund, the student’s online exam prep must remain inactive on their portal. This means the student may not request a refund if they’ve utilized any feature of the online student portal. Refunds are handled via email and solely by US Realty Training’s Operations Manager. If the request is made after (1) one business day from the date of purchase or made after failing the state licensing exam, students must show proof of having met the terms and conditions in “Our Guarantee.”
